32 colour photographs of shops and shopkeepers of Gran Canaria, the selection of shops presented here is quite diverse; there is a clothing boutique, a drug store, a bakery, a fish store, a pet shop, a liquor store and various grocers, as such, the wares they sell are quite different, as are the people who own the places, but there are similarities as well: they all have a friendly, homelike character, they are generally small and intimate feel to them and they are generally bursting with colourful wares stacked from top to ceiling, stapled, 29,5 x 21 cm, 16 not numbered pages, no.2 in a series of photobooks published by Editorial Atlántico, Las Palmas 2006
