In various forms — texts, typographical poems, and pictures — the artist describes how the telling of certain stories has been oppressed, the “cacophony of letters, signs and symbols” that the reader is confronted with here represents the remains of these stifled stories salvaged from bureaucracy, a visual commentary on power structures, censorship and creativity; attached to inside of the back cover is an envelope containing handwritten message from the artist to the reader, all text in Dutch and English, each book has a different picture on the cover.
