And to child elsew

“A small writing inspired by Georges Perec and an old album I found at the charity shop, ‘tans will fade but memories will last forever’

The writing attempts to approach a sort of nothingness ‘which is not the void exactly, but rather what there is roundabout or inside it.’ elsew is about those absent mildness, half-aimless, half-incidental fragments left in urban landscape, inability to grasp, homesickness, something in-between, haunting, silence, awaiting, about something always spinning in her mind like a gyroscope, a tunnel with no beginning, no end, kind of stumbling and rising into the sky and then gradually you can’t see it anymore, smudges of the free and the fleeting moment in mundane life.”

A series of (collaged) images and photographs, interspersed with reflective texts that blend essay style with diary entries.

Loose folded sheets held by an elastic cord, saddle-stitched, 18 x 13 cm, 48 not numbered pages, n.p. n.d.
